More than simply ‘getting by’, our mission is to help your loved one build the skills and confidence they need to live with greater independence and self-determination, organically adjusting the care plan as they progress with the eventual end goal of them no longer needing support. We are Proud of our Enhanced Face-To-Face Practical and Comprehensive Training Section.
All of our healthcare staff undergo a mandatory training programme, aligning with CSTF standards. Our bespoke training is crucial for their role which includes medication Awareness, Practical Moving and Handling, Duty of Care. These contribute to the high-quality and continuous improvement of our staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service in various healthcare settings.
