Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) with sensitivity and professionalism
Assist with daily living tasks to promote independence and wellbeing
Prepare meals and administer medication as per care plans
Offer companionship and accompany clients to shops, appointments, or social outings
Ensure clients remain engaged in their communities and feel emotionally supported

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay : £13.30 – £13.85/hr
Bonus : Up to £1.10/hr every 6 months
Blended Rate : Up to £14.40/hr
Mileage : Paid at 40p per mile 
Holiday : 28 days annual leave 
Contracted Hours : Yes 
Pay Reviews : Every April

Candidate Requirements

No formal experience required – full training provided
Must hold a valid UK driving licence (pool cars available)
Able to work alternate weekends
Kind, dependable, and community-focused attitude
Willingness to work 7am–2pm and/or 4pm–10pm shifts
